A: Pure, plant-derived goodness! Each bottle contains a meticulously crafted blend of 100% therapeutic-grade essential oils. We're proud to be vegan, cruelty-free, and completely free from any synthetic fragrances, parabens, or other "nasties."

Q: How do I use the Scent & Tail Wooden Car Diffuser?
A: Our system is beautifully simple! Just apply 1-3 drops of your favorite Scent & Tail blend directly onto the wooden surface of the clip. The natural, unfinished wood is designed to gently and passively diffuse the aroma throughout your car. For a little extra circulation, simply clip it onto one of your car's air vents.
When you first apply 1-3 drops, you'll enjoy the most noticeable aroma for the first few hours of your drive. Because our natural wood diffuser is designed to be gentle and not overwhelm your pet, the scent will then soften to a subtle, calming background note that can last for 1-2 days.
The duration can change a bit based on factors like airflow—using your car's A/C or heat will create a stronger scent that causes the oil to evaporate a little faster.
We recommend reapplying a drop or two before any long trip, or whenever you feel you and your pup need a fresh wave of calm for the journey!
Q: Is it really safe to use aromatherapy in a small space like a car?
A: Yes, it was designed specifically for this purpose. This is the most important question to us. Our oil blends are formulated at a very low concentration, and our passive wooden diffuser provides a gentle, subtle scent that is not overwhelming. We always recommend cracking a window to ensure fresh airflow, which gives your best friend the most comfortable and serene ride possible.
Q: Can I also use the oil blends at home?
A: Absolutely! While designed with travel in mind, our blends are wonderful for creating a calm atmosphere at home, too. Simply add 3-5 drops to any standard ultrasonic water diffuser to turn any room into a sanctuary.

Scent Duration: A typical diffusion session will beautifully scent a standard-sized room for 3-5 hours, depending on your diffuser's settings and the room's airflow.

Our Golden Rule: Always "start low and go slow"—you can add another drop if needed, and make sure your pet can always leave the room if they choose.
Q: What about my cat? Or other pets?
A: Our feline friends are wonderfully unique and much more sensitive to essential oils. For this reason, our blends are formulated and tested for use with dogs only. We strongly advise against using any essential oils around cats, birds, or other small animals.
Q: Can I apply the oils directly to my dog?
A: No. Our blends are designed to be diffused into the air only, either via our wooden car clip or a home diffuser. Never apply the oils directly to your dog's fur or skin.

Q: How long until my order arrives?
A: We get so excited to pack your orders! We lovingly prepare and ship them from our Richmond Hill home base within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number the moment it's on its way to you.
Q: What if my pet and I don't absolutely love it?
A: We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your new travel sanctuary. If it's not the right fit for any reason, please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase, and we will be happy to help you with a return or find a blend you love. Your family's happiness is our top priority.
